We chose to conduct the interviews in an intimate, in-store setting to ensure the colleagues were completely at ease in an environment they are used to. This became evident in their honest and enthusiastic delivery. Interesting to note was the comparable responses to the same set of questions asked up and down the country as their answers conveniently overlapped despite the geographical distances.
